What is the maximum capacity for events at Glendhu Station?

Glendhu Station can comfortably accommodate up to 130 seated guests in a banquet setting and 200 for a cocktail/bar setup in the Woolshed. Our consent allows us to extend the guest list up to 500 for music and art events. Our Marquee site can cater to up to 750+ guests so plenty of options for your corporate event.

Do you offer on-site catering, or can we hire our own caterers?

While we have a reliable network of catering professionals we reccommend, we also offer the flexibility for you to bring in your preferred caterers to make your day as personalised as possible.

What is the standard hire period for an event at Glendhu Station?

The standard hire period for corporate events is 2 days, allowing ample time for setup, the event itself, and breakdown, with extensions available upon request.

What facilities are available for use during our event?
